酚酞制备
1.由邻苯二甲酸酐与苯酚混合后和硫酸共热制得。
2.将160kg的苯酚熔化,维持温度在80~90℃,边搅拌边加入120kg的邻苯二甲酸酐、40kg的氯化锌、5.5kg硫酸,进 行 反 应 5h,然 后 升 温 至180℃,反应40h:
反应结束后加水,不断搅拌下,用蒸汽煮沸,然后停止加热,静置,吸出上层废酸液,沉淀用水洗至ph>5,离心甩干,再水洗至无色,低于80℃干燥。在干燥的粗品酚酞中加入4倍的工业乙醇 ( >95%) ,并 加 入 活 性 炭 ( 每110kg粗品加6kg活性炭) ,搅拌下蒸汽加热回流5min。停止加热,过滤。滤液蒸发浓缩,回收乙醇,浓缩至适当程度时,迅速离心甩干,并用乙醇洗涤1~2次,干燥,40目筛过筛即可。
