柏木脑用途

Cedrol 是一种生物活性倍半萜,一种有效的细胞色素 P-450(CYP) 酶竞争性抑制剂。 Cedrol 抑制 CYP2B6 介导的安非他酮羟化酶和 CYP3A4 介导的咪达唑仑羟基化,Ki 分别为 0.9 μM 和 3.4 μM。 Cedrol 对 CYP2C8,CYP2C9 和 CYP2C19 酶也具有弱抑制作用。Cedrol 存在于雪松精油中,具有抗脓毒,抗炎,抗痉挛,滋补,收敛,利尿,镇静,杀虫和抗真菌活性。
