邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯制备
1、苯酐和丁醇按质量比1∶0.52的比例进行酯化,首先生成邻苯二甲酸单丁酯。然后滴加30%的纯碱,重量大约与苯酐质量相等,再加入与苯酐质量相等的氯化苄进行缩合反应。缩合反应结束后,加水洗涤,粗酯用水蒸气蒸馏,再进一步真空蒸馏,即得成品。
2、由苯酐和丁醇按质量比1∶0.52的比例经酯化得邻苯二甲酸单丁酯,然后在碳酸钠存在下与氯化苄进行第二次酯化,经碱液中和、水洗后进行减压蒸馏而得。
3、在装有电动搅拌、温度计、回流冷凝管的250mL三口烧瓶中,按1∶1.05的摩尔比加入邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇,在(110±2)℃下搅拌2h,再冷却至60~80℃,缓慢滴加30%的NaOH水溶液中和至pH=7~8,加入适量相转移催化剂,再升温至110℃,以邻苯二甲酸酐计,滴入1.05mol比的氯化钾,搅拌3h,然后用5%NaCO3溶液洗涤,分去水层,用水洗涤油层;之后油层(粗酯)用水蒸气蒸馏,蒸出醇等低沸物,再减压蒸馏,收集220~222℃/660Pa的馏分,得到白色透明的油状液体即邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯。
