由联苯经硝化,还原而得:将联苯、硝酸加入反应器中加热,回流3h,冷却,倾入冰中结晶,滤干、水洗,用乙醇重结晶而得对硝基联苯。再将其加入乙醇中,在搅拌下加热回流,徐徐加入Na2S,反应冷却,倒入冰水中,经结晶过滤、吸干、真空干燥而得成品。
