8-(4-氯苯硫基)-鸟苷 3′,5′-环单磷酸钠盐

用途

8-CPT-环腺苷酸(8-CPT-cAMP)钠是环腺苷酸依赖性蛋白激酶(PKA)的选择性激活剂。8-CPT-环腺苷酸钠也是一种有效的环GMP特异性磷酸二酯酶(PDE VA)抑制剂,IC50为0.9μM。8-CPT-环腺苷酸钠还可通过IC50Epac抑制PDE III和PDE IV,是一种有效的Epac激活剂[1][2]。

[体外研究]

a-Fas和TNF-α/CHX诱导中性粒细胞迅速死亡(2小时内)至至少90%。常用的cAMP类似物8-pCPT-cAMP(0.7mM)延迟TNF-/CHX诱导和a-Fas诱导的细胞凋亡。它对TNF-/CHX诱导的细胞凋亡比对a-Fas更有效[2]。
