2-甲基-4-氯苯氧乙酸上下游产品

2-甲基-4-氯苯氧乙酸制备

1、 由邻甲酚经缩合、酸化、氯化而得。将26.24kg邻甲酚、13.9kg水、35%的氢氧化钠溶液27.37kg投入缩合锅内,在70℃以下搅拌配合成邻甲酚钠盐。在21.88kg氯乙酸和41.66kg水中,在25℃以下慢慢加入35%的氢氧化钠溶液26.56kg,使pH值为5-6,在60℃条件下酸化20min。将反应物在脱酚槽内加热至90-95℃,通过热蒸气脱酚。然后在pH值为1-2、60-65℃条件下氯化。再经冷却、过滤、水洗即得2-甲-4-氯。原药2-甲-4-氯钠原药为深褐色粉末,按HG 2-1460-82,有效成分含量≥56.0%。原料消耗定额:邻甲酚730kg/t、液氯600kg/t、氯乙酸740kg/t、液碱3000kg/t、盐酸(30%)180kg/t。

2、 2甲4氯的生产方法可概括为先缩合后氯化和先氯化后缩合2种。两种方法各有优缺点,先缩合后氯化生产原理如下。
缩合 于100~105℃ 反应1h,缩合反应即完成。


酸化 用盐酸调节pH值至5左右,于90~95℃进行脱酚处理。


氯化 加盐酸调节pH值1~2,于60℃左右通氯氯化,到终点后冷却、过滤、水洗得2甲4氯。
成盐 由于2甲4氯水溶性较小,直接用于农田除草困难,工业上多调配成钠盐、铵盐或酯类。

3.由邻甲酚、水、液碱反应制得邻甲酚钠。另将氯乙酸溶于水中,在常温下慢慢加入液碱,配成氯乙酸钠溶液。然后将配好的氯乙酸钠水溶液缓慢地加入到邻甲酚钠溶液中,进行缩合反应,处理后,加盐酸进行氯化,经冷却、过滤、水洗得2甲4氯。该品商品为2-甲-4-氯钠盐,加工成水剂。
