用途

m-3M3FBS 是一种有效的磷脂酶C (PLC) 激活剂。m-3M3FBS 刺激人中性粒细胞产生超氧物,上调细胞内钙离子浓度,刺激多种细胞产生磷酸肌醇。m-3M3FBS 诱导单核细胞白血病细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)。

[体外研究]

m-3M3FBS(5-50μm)刺激U937细胞中肌醇磷酸酯的形成[1]。m-3M3FBS(50μm；24小时)抑制白血病细胞系U937和THP-1的生长,但不抑制原代单核细胞的生长[3]。m-3M3FBS(50μm；24小时)诱导U937细胞凋亡[3]。细胞活力测定[3]细胞株：U937和THP-1细胞浓度：50μM孵育时间：24小时结果：抑制白血病细胞系U937和THP-1的生长,但不抑制原代单核细胞的生长。细胞活力测定[3]细胞系：U937细胞浓度：50μM孵育时间：24h结果：M-3M3FBS处理细胞凋亡率为53.9%。
