4-氯-3-甲基苯酚制备

1.由间甲酚与二氯硫酰反应。在搅拌下，将间甲酚慢慢加入二氯硫酰，反应温度控制在30-50℃。加完后保温16h，用水洗，用碳酸钠溶液洗至碱性，再用热水洗至中性。分出油层用无水氯化钙干燥，滤去干燥剂后减压蒸馏，将蒸馏液倒入石油醚中，冷却，过滤，干燥得成品。
