体外研究 苯氧苄胺盐酸盐(0-100μM;96小时)显著抑制U251和U87MG细胞增殖[2]。苯氧苄胺盐酸盐(10μM;24小时或72小时)抑制U251和U87MG细胞的迁移和侵袭[2]。苯氧基苯甲胺盐酸盐(10μM;12小时)激活LINGO-1并抑制TrkB-Akt途径[2]。苯氧苄胺(0.1μM-1mM;0-16h)可防止缺氧和葡萄糖剥夺后海马细胞死亡[3]。细胞增殖试验[2]细胞系:U251和U87MG细胞浓度:0.1、1、10、50和100μM孵育时间:96h结果:细胞增殖受到明显抑制,在10μM时U251细胞和U87MG细胞的抑制率分别为26.5%和27.3%。细胞迁移试验[2]细胞系:U251和U87MG细胞浓度:10μM孵育时间:24h结果:观察到明显的迁移抑制,U251和U87MG的抑制率分别为28.6%和39.8%。细胞侵袭试验[2]细胞系:U251和U87MG细胞浓度:10μ
体内研究 苯氧基苯甲胺盐酸盐(20nM;s.c.;2天间隔26天)在小鼠中显示出抗肿瘤作用[2]。苯氧基苯甲胺(1.0 mg/kg;静脉注射;每日30天)在严重创伤性脑损伤大鼠模型中具有神经保护作用[3]。动物模型:裸鼠,U87MG肿瘤模型[2]剂量:20nm给药:皮下注射,2天间隔26天结果:减少肿瘤细胞。动物模型:雄性Wistar大鼠(350–500 g),创伤性脑损伤(TBI)模型[3]剂量:1.0 mg/kg给药:静脉注射,每日30天。结果:在第14、21和30天,神经系统严重程度评分(NSS)和足部故障评分显着改善。与严重TBI相关的认知障碍减少,促炎基因表达减少。
