描述	Deltorphin I 是一种高亲和力的选择性 δ-阿片受体 (δ-opioid receptor) 激动剂。

体内研究	每天两次施用Deltorphin I(20μg/小鼠)4天产生对Deltorphin I镇痛的耐受性,如镇痛反应的减少所示。注射后10分钟对Deltorphin I(20μg/小鼠)的峰值镇痛反应从8.36±0.28 s(第1天)显着降低至4.53±0.14 s(第4天)。同时治疗褪黑激素(0.5,1和2.5 mg/kg)和Deltorphin I(20μg/小鼠),每日两次,共4天,可减弱对Deltorphin I镇痛的耐受性(P <0.05,<0.05和<0.05),效果依赖于剂量[1]。
动物实验	小鼠[1]使用雄性昆明小鼠（20.0±1.0g）。为了研究褪黑激素对阿片受体激动剂镇痛的慢性作用，将18,17,16和21只小鼠每天两次用褪黑激素（分别为0,0.5,1和2.5mg / kg）处理4天。在第5天，给8,8,8和9只小鼠施用Endomorphin-118μg/小鼠（分别对应于0,0.5,1和2.5mg / kg褪黑激素），而10,9,8和12只小鼠。用Deltorphin I20μg/小鼠（分别对应于0,0.5,1和2.5mg / kg褪黑激素）给予。随后在60分钟内以10分钟的间隔测量甩尾潜伏期[1]。
