体内研究 | Antide(皮下;1、3、6、10和15 mg/kg;一次或连续5天)可诱导成年雄性大鼠和食蟹猴进行长期化学阉割[1]。动物模型:食蟹猴和大鼠[1]剂量:1、3、6、10和15 mg/kg给药:皮下,一次或连续5天结果:对血清LH(仅大鼠)和睾酮浓度以及睾丸、前列腺和精囊的重量具有剂量依赖性抑制作用。在6(小于或等于8周)至15 mg/kg(大于8周)的浓度下,大鼠获得了持久的去势样效果。在食蟹猴中,仅以15mg/kg的剂量诱导延长的抑制作用,持续时间仅为2-3周。 |
