 PMEDAP用途


PMEDAP是人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)复制的有效抑制剂。PMEDAP具有抗小鼠巨细胞病毒(MCMV)活性。PMEDAP是Moloney鼠肉瘤病毒(MSV)诱导的肿瘤形成和相关死亡率的非常有效的抑制剂[1][2]。

 PMEDAP生物活性

描述 PMEDAP是人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)复制的有效抑制剂。PMEDAP具有抗小鼠巨细胞病毒(MCMV)活性。PMEDAP是Moloney鼠肉瘤病毒(MSV)诱导的肿瘤形成和相关死亡率的非常有效的抑制剂[1][2]。

体内研究 PMEDAP(0.25-5 mg/kg;IP;每日;从MSV感染之日起,持续四天)可导致接种MSV的新生小鼠肿瘤形成和死亡率的剂量依赖性抑制[1]。动物模型:3周龄雄性NMRI小鼠[1]剂量:0.25mg/kg、1mg/kg、5mg/kg给药:IP;每日的从感染当天开始,再持续四天结果:显著延迟肿瘤出现,提高荷瘤小鼠的存活率。
