• 体内研究: 米达福醇(15 mg/kg腹腔注射) 在大鼠中引起强烈的刻板行为[2] 米达福醇(1.5、4.5、15 mg/kg静脉注射；在 单克隆抗体阻塞前 15分钟开始 (随后以 1、 3个或 10毫克/千克/小时持续输注)) 产生剂量依赖性体积减少梗死; 4.5毫克/千克剂量对大鼠局灶性脑缺血最有效[3] 动物模型：成年雌性Wistar大鼠[2]剂量：15 mg/kg给药：I.p.结果：诱导典型的PCP样行为综合征,伴有共济失调、运动过度和刻板行为,即编头、嗅闻、洗脸和梳洗,纹状体中HVA和5-HIAA的细胞外水平显著升高。
