• 体内研究: RS-601(1-10mg/kg)明显抑制豚鼠中以剂量依赖性方式静脉内施用U-46619和LTD4诱导的支气管收缩。 RS-1452(10mg/kg)分别显着抑制U-46619诱导的支气管收缩。 RS-601以10mg/kg的剂量显着抑制晚期反应和LPS诱导的AHR,但不影响双相支气管反应。 RS-601(3和10 mg/kg)也明显抑制AHR [1]。
