体内研究 物质P(6-11)(0.1-10 nM)以剂量依赖的方式抑制大鼠胰腺分泌胰岛素和胰高血糖素。相反,在犬胰腺中,物质P(6-11)(1-10 nM)会增强胰岛素、胰高血糖素和生长抑素的释放[2]。
