体外研究 RU 24969(10μM)可减少K+刺激的离体鼠额叶皮层[3H]-5-HT的释放[2]。
体内研究 ru24969(0.03-3.0 mg/kg;s.c.)剂量依赖性地降低缺水大鼠的耗水量[1]。剂量依赖性地增加[0.0.0.0 mg/kg]运动。动物模型:雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠[1]剂量:0.03、0.3、1.0、3.0 mg/kg给药:单次皮下注射。结果:0.3、1.0和3.0 mg/kg剂量下的耗水量显著降低。
