In Vitro HDAC-IN-44 (20 µg/mL; 24 h) treatment shows inhibitory effects on acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Molt 4 cells), T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (Sup-T1 cells), chronic myelogenous leukemia (K562 cells), gastric adenocarcinoma (AGS), prostate cancer (PC3 and LNCaP cells) and breast cancer (T47D cells) [1].
