肉桂醛制备
1.由肉桂油或桂皮油用亚硫酸氢钠法加合,使肉桂醛与亚硫酸氢钠的加合物用离心法分离后,用乙醚洗涤,再用稀碱液或酸液分解,经水蒸鼍蒸馏并经减压蒸馏而得。
在氢氧化钠存在下,由苯甲醛与乙醛缩合蔼得:将苯甲醛、乙醛、水与氢氧化钠溶液四者混包在室温下振荡一星期,所得油状物用乙醚抽提、苄燥、减压蒸馏而得。
2.羟醛缩合法
以苯甲醛和乙醛为原料,在碱性条件下缩合生成桂醛。先后将133kg苯甲醛、400kg水、10kg 40%~50%的氢氧化钠、66.6kg乙醛和40~50kg苯加入反应锅,在20℃下搅拌反应5h。反应结束后静置分层,取苯层,然后用稀酸和水洗至中性。减压蒸馏回收苯后,收集130℃(2.67kPa)的馏分,即得产品肉桂醛55~60kg。
精油单离法
桂皮油和锡兰油中约含55%~85%的桂醛,可用亚硫酸氢钠加成法分离。加成物经离心分离,稀酸或稀碱分解,水蒸气蒸馏和减压蒸馏得到桂醛。

7.制法:
于装有搅拌器、温度计的反应瓶中,加入1%的氢氧化钠溶液1200mL,95%的乙醇200mL,新蒸馏过的苯甲醛(2)59g(约0.5mol),乙醛50g(约1mol),室温搅拌反应5h。加入200g氯化钠,溶解后用乙醚提取(400mL×2)。合并乙醚提取液,无水硫酸钠干燥,水浴蒸出乙醚,而后减压蒸馏,收集128~130℃/2.67kPa的馏分,得肉桂醛①(1)20g,收率32%。注:①前馏分主要为苯甲醛。
