6-O-α-麦芽糖基-β-环糊精(Mal-βCD)去除细胞胆固醇形成包合物,而6-O-α-麦芽糖基-β-环糊精诱导的细胞胆固醇缺乏通过添加胆固醇补充6 -O-α-麦芽糖基-β-环糊精包合物(CLM)无细胞毒性[1]。
