[体外研究]

Oenthein B(15-45µM；12-72小时)在12小时、24小时、36小时、48小时、60小时和72小时的暴露范围内对A549细胞具有剂量和时间依赖性抑制率效应[1]。Oenthein B(15-45µM；24小时)通过诱导细胞凋亡和阻滞G1期细胞,有效抑制A549细胞的增殖[1]。Oenthein B(15-45µM；24小时)不仅增加细胞内活性氧(ROS)的水平,而且还诱导细胞内凋亡触发因子的上调(细胞溶胶中的切割caspase-3,PARP,细胞色素c水平,Bax)[1]。A549细胞[1]15µM、30µM和45µM24小时的细胞处于G1期。A549细胞[1]15µM、30µM和45µM24小时的BAX、p53、细胞色素c(细胞质)和PARP明显不受调控；抗凋亡Bcl-2呈浓度依赖性显著降低。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系：A549细胞浓度：15µM、30µM和45µM培养时间：12小时、24小时、36小时、48小时、60小时和72小时结果：有效抑制A549细胞的增殖。凋亡分析[1]细胞系：A549细胞浓度：15µM、30µM和45µM培养时间：24小时结果：诱导A549细胞凋亡。细胞周期分析[1]细胞系：A549细胞浓度：15µM、30µM和45µM培养时间：24小时结果：阻滞细胞处于G1期。westernblot分析[1]细胞系：A549细胞浓度：15µM、30µM和45µM孵育时间：24小时结果：BAX、p53、细胞色素c(细胞质)和PARP均不受明显调控；抗凋亡Bcl-2呈浓度依赖性显著降低。

[体内研究]

Oenothein B(100-300 mg/kg；p、 o.)具有在ICR小鼠全身炎症期间减少大脑神经炎症的能力[3]。
