3-氯丙酸制备

1.有多种制备方法。丙酸在约20℃和紫外光照射下氯化得3-氯丙酸；也可向丙烯酸中加入极少量对苯二酚，然后于20℃以下通入干燥的氯化氢反应。再经减压蒸馏即得成品。另外，向热盐酸中加入丙烯腈，回流反应6h。将反应物冷却，过滤出生成的氯化铵，用乙醚提取，加20%氯化铵溶液洗去盐酸，干燥，回收乙醚后，减压蒸馏得到3-氯丙酸。还可用丙烯醛与氯化氢反应生成氯丙醛，再用硝酸氧化，或由3-氯-1-丙醇用硝酸氧化来制备3-氯丙酸。

2.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计（伸入液面以下），滴液漏斗、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中，加入浓硝酸（d1.42）880g（约10mol），冰水浴冷却下，滴加β-氯代丙醇-1（2）200g（2.12mol），控制反应温度在25～30℃，约2.5h加完。加完后继续搅拌反应0.5g。静置过夜。沸水浴加热反应1h。而后改为减压蒸馏装置，先蒸出100℃/2.67kPa以前的馏分（主要为稀硝酸，约500mL），再收集107～109℃/2.67kPa的馏分，冷后固化，mp37～39℃，得β-氯代丙酸（1）约180g，收率78%。
