[体外研究]

Digitonin是一种通过与细胞膜中的胆固醇分子结合而增加细胞通透性的去污剂,可以增加顺铂的积累并减少体外肿瘤的生长[1]。

[体内研究]

在肝实质中,浓度具有相同的量级。使用133Xe清除技术测量,Digitonin不会改变肿瘤血流量。数字肌肽在5 mg/kg但不是25 mg/kg时增强了CBDCA的肿瘤生长迟缓效应[1]。
