【用途一】
用作硝化棉、清漆、印刷墨、油类、树脂等的溶剂及合成塑料的中间体
【用途二】
主要用溶剂,用于涂料、染料、树脂等方面,也用作增塑剂的中间体以及液压制动器液体的稀释剂,此外还用来生产胡椒基丁氧基化合物。该品对鼠口服LD50为6560mg/kg。
【用途三】
二乙二醇丁醚(112-34-5)主要用作涂料、印刷油墨、图章用印台油墨、油类、树脂等的溶剂,也可用作金属洗涤剂、脱漆剂、脱润滑油剂、汽车引擎洗涤剂、干洗溶剂、环氧树脂溶剂、药物萃取剂;用作乳胶漆的稳定剂、飞机涂料的蒸发抑制剂、高温烘烤瓷漆的表面加工改进剂等。

二乙二醇丁醚制备

1、先将丁醇和三氟化硼乙醚溶液加入反应器,加热升温至75~80℃,导入环氧乙烷,加完环氧乙烷后继续在75~80℃反应2~3h。反应结束后用5%的丁醇钠中和至pH为8,送入蒸馏塔进行蒸馏,低沸物为丁醇及乙二醇单丁醚,高沸物为一缩二乙二醇单丁醚粗品,继续蒸馏,常压下收集230.5~231.5℃的馏分即为成品。


2、工业生产可将生产乙二醚单丁酯过程中的乙二醇单丁醚继续与环氧乙烷反应,可得副产品一缩二乙二醇单丁醚。

精制方法:无水碳酸钾或硫酸钠干燥后减压分馏。若有过氧化物,可用氯化亚锡回流除去。也可以在稍加压的情况下使二甘醇一丁醚通过一个装有活性氧化铝的柱子除去过氧化物。

3.以正丁基溴(BB)和环氧乙烷水合生产乙二醇过程中生成的副产品二甘醇(DEG)为初始原料,合成二甘醇单丁醚的新工艺 在干燥的带有分水器、搅拌器的四口瓶中依次加入定量的甲苯、DEG、固碱,搅拌下缓慢升温至回流。待分水量接近理论量时,由滴液漏斗加入一定量的BB。滴毕,回流一定时间后降温,滤去NaBR固体沉淀,常压下蒸出甲苯;再于40KPa下减压分馏,分别收集120~130℃(二甘醇单丁醚)和130~145℃(DEG)的馏分,产品二甘醇单丁醚为无色透明液体。原料配比:DEG∶固碱∶甲苯∶正丁基溴=5∶1.4∶6∶1(摩尔比),醚化反应时间0.75h。合成反应如下。
