[体内研究]

在3-氨基-2-甲基丙酸(BAIBA)处理结束时,小鼠的体重略微降低。使用MRI分析身体成分表明BAIBA治疗显着降低了小鼠的体脂。与对产热和β-氧化基因表达和体重的影响一致,用代谢笼分析表明在BAIBA处理的小鼠中氧消耗(VO2)和全身能量消耗增加,而活性或食物摄入没有任何显着差异。还通过腹膜内葡萄糖耐量试验(IPGTT)攻击小鼠。发现BAIBA可显着改善小鼠的葡萄糖耐量,这可通过IPGTT曲线下的面积来确定[1]。
