氟乐灵用途
用作水果、棉花、大豆等多种作物的除草剂
【用途二】
属芽前除草剂,用于防除棉花、饲用豆类田一年生杂草
【用途三】
广谱的旱地芽前除草剂。可用于棉花、大豆、豌豆、油菜、花生、土豆、冬小麦、大麦、蓖麻、向日葵、甘蔗、蔬菜、果树等,主要用于防除单子叶杂草和一年生阔叶杂草,如稗草、大画眉、马唐、狗尾草、蟋蟀草、早熟禾、千金子、牛筋草、看麦娘、野燕麦等,也可防除小粒种子的藜、苋菜、马齿苋、繁缕、蓼等双子叶杂草。一般在播前或芽前使用,用量为5.6~11.3g有效成分/100m2 ,加水0.6~4.5kg喷洒在土地上,8h内耙入土中,以防光分解,杀草效果达95%。如用于移栽棉花苗床,在播种覆土后使用,用48%乳油11~15mL/100m2 ,对水喷雾土表,或种后先喷药再覆土。如防除旱种稻田稗草,在稻出苗2~3叶期,用48%乳油30~60mL/100m2 对水喷雾。如用于大豆,用48%乳油19~23mL/100m2 ,对水喷洒表土,随即混土,南方地区隔天播种,北方地区5~7d后播种。
【用途四】

4-三氟甲基-2,4-二硝基氯苯的制备 甲苯经催化制得氯甲苯,再在光催化下通氯,制得对氯三氯化苄,然后与氟化氢作用,制得对氯三氟甲苯,最后经硝化成4-三氟甲基-2,4-二硝基氯苯。4-三氟甲基-2,4-二硝基氯苯的合成方法很多,还有合成路线如下。
二丙胺的制备 乙烯经羰基合成得丙醛,还原得丙醇,再与氨作用得二丙胺。
氟乐灵的合成 将4-三氟甲基-2,4-二硝基氯苯与二丙胺于100℃反应2h,经后处理后得氟乐灵。
对氯三氟甲苯与混酸进行硝化,生成3,5-二硝基-4-氯三氟甲苯,然后与二正丙胺、纯碱溶液进行胺化,生成3,5-二硝基-4-二正丙基三氟甲苯胺。原料消耗定额:对氯三氟甲苯(98%)740kg/t、发烟硝酸(96%)1010kg/t、浓硫酸(96%)330kg/t、发烟硫酸(SO320%)40kg/t、二正丙胺(98%)310kg/t、碳酸钠(98%)200kg/t。
