Ki: 3300 nM (a4b2 nAChR) and >10 µM (AT1)[1]

[体外研究]

肌红霉素很容易亚硝化,产生4-羟基-1-(3-吡啶基)-1-丁酮(HPB)和食道烟草致癌物N'-硝基苯尼考碱[2]。

[体内研究]

肌红霉素(0.001、0.005、0.5和50μmol/kg；口服；Wistar大鼠)在两个较低剂量(0.001和0.005μmol/kg)下,尿液中排泄的放射性物质百分比较高(86.2%和88.9%),而较高剂量(0.5和50μmol/kg)的尿液中仅发现77.8%和75.4%的剂量[2]。
