DL-蛋氨酸用途

【用途一】
用作生化试剂
【用途二】
适用于防治肝脏疾病和砷或苯等中毒,也可用于治疗痢疾和慢性传染病后因蛋白质不足而引起的营养不良症
【用途三】
营养增补剂。与L-型蛋氨酸的生理效果相同,但价格低(L-型由DL-型制得),故一般均用DL-蛋氨酸。在燕麦、黑麦、米、玉米、小麦、花生粉、大豆、土豆、菠菜等植物性食品中属于限制氨基酸。添于上述食品中以改善氨基酸平衡。需要量随胱氨酸摄入量而异。成人男子需要量为1.1g/d。
海胆味与蛋氨酸有关,海胆甜味与甘氨酸、丙氨酸有关,苦味与缬氨酸有关,鲜味与谷氨酸等有关,因此可将这些氨基酸配制成调味剂。
尚用于氨基酸输液,综合氨基酸制剂。
按我国GB 2760—86规定可用作香料。
【用途四】
本品是饲料营养强化剂。畜禽缺乏蛋氨酸,会引起发育不良、体重减轻、肝肾功能减弱、肌肉萎缩、毛皮变质等。饲料中添加1kg蛋氨酸,相当于50kg鱼粉的营养价值。饲料中一般添加量为0,05%-0.2%。
【用途五】
商品蛋氨酸的含量≥98.5%,是禽畜类动物生长所必需的氨基酸之一,是生物合成蛋白质的“骨架”氨基酸,对动物的新陈代谢有很强的调节作用,广泛应用于医药、食品、饲料和化妆品等领域。其中在医药方面,可作为氨基酸输液和复合氨基酸的主要成分,还可用于合成药用维生素,利用其抗脂肪肝的作用,可用于生产保肝制剂;在食品方面,用于食品的氨基酸强化及食品保健品的加工,可用作营养增补剂,由于有特殊气味,故只用于鱼糕类的制品;在饲料工业中,蛋氨酸的用量最大,用作饲料的营养强化剂,弥补氨基酸平衡的饲料添加剂,在氨基酸类营养饲料添加剂的品种中,蛋氨酸60%,赖氨酸占30%,其他氨基酸约占10%。

[体外研究]

补充DL-蛋氨酸对动物生产性能的影响与日粮中粗蛋白(CP)含量密切相关。在20%粗蛋白日粮中添加DLM可降低肉仔鸡的腹部脂肪重量,而当日粮中含有23%粗蛋白时,情况并非如此。随着添加DL-蛋氨酸,胸肉产量增加,腹部脂肪含量降低,并且这种反应在以蛋白质水平较低(20.5%CP),而蛋白质水平较高(26%)[2]。

[体内研究]

DL-蛋氨酸显著降低马铃薯植株上喙突线虫的雌雄、囊和卵的数量。DL-蛋氨酸在接种后3天施用,几乎杀死所有线虫,且DL-蛋氨酸不会对植物生长产生不利影响[1]。

DL-蛋氨酸制备

【方法一】
通常采用以丙稀醛为原料的合成法。
丙稀醛和甲硫醇在甲酸和乙酸铜的存在下,缩合生成3-甲硫基丙醛。再与氰化钠和碳酸氢铵溶液混合。在90℃下反应得到甲硫基乙基乙内酰脲。不需要分离提纯,即可与28%的氢氧化钠溶液一起加热至180℃,水解生成蛋氨酸钠。用盐酸中和得成品蛋氨酸。每吨产品消耗丙稀醛480kg、甲硫醇400kg、氰化钠420kg。
【方法二】
D-构型和L-构型的蛋氨酸生理作用相同,多采用DL-型,因此以合成法制造有利。一般由丙烯醛与甲硫醇反应后制得。
【方法三】
可采用提取法制备蛋氨酸,但工业上有以下方法:1. 罗纳-普朗克工艺2. 德固萨DL-蛋氨酸工艺原料消耗定额:丙烯醛480kg/t、甲硫醇400kg/t、氰化钠420kg/t。
