[体外研究]

补充DL-蛋氨酸对动物生产性能的影响与日粮中粗蛋白(CP)含量密切相关。在20%粗蛋白日粮中添加DLM可降低肉仔鸡的腹部脂肪重量,而当日粮中含有23%粗蛋白时,情况并非如此。随着添加DL-蛋氨酸,胸肉产量增加,腹部脂肪含量降低,并且这种反应在以蛋白质水平较低(20.5%CP),而蛋白质水平较高(26%)[2]。

[体内研究]

DL-蛋氨酸显著降低马铃薯植株上喙突线虫的雌雄、囊和卵的数量。DL-蛋氨酸在接种后3天施用,几乎杀死所有线虫,且DL-蛋氨酸不会对植物生长产生不利影响[1]。

1.可采用提取法制备蛋氨酸,但工业上有以下方法:1. 罗纳-普朗克工艺2. 德固萨DL-蛋氨酸工艺原料消耗定额:丙烯醛480kg/t、甲硫醇400kg/t、氰化钠420kg/t。

2.以丙烯醛为原料合成制得。

3.以丙烯醛和甲硫醇为原料,反应生成甲硫基丙醛。

产物甲硫基丙醛再与氰化钠反应生成海因。

海因在氢氧化钠存在下水解生成蛋氨酸钠。

蛋氨酸钠用硫酸中和生成DL-蛋氨酸。
