1. 芳樟醇是精油的天然化合物,已被证明具有抗伤害,抗菌和抗炎作用。

芳樟醇制备

1、醇存在于多种精油中。目前制取芳樟醇的主要方法有两种,一种是从芳樟油等植物精油中分离而得,得到的主要是左旋异构体;另一种方法是通过蒎烯来制备。

2、烟草:BU,56;BU,14;FC,BU,OR,18;FC,40。合成:从天然精油中单离;月桂烯与氯化氢反应,生成氯代月桂烯,经水解生成芳樟醇;异戊二烯与氯化氢生成氯代异戊烯,然后与丙酮作用生成甲基庚烯酮,与乙炔反应生成脱氢芳樟醇,最后经氢化制成芳樟醇。
