2.通过Nrf2激活诱导抗氧化防御并通过NF-κB抑制减少炎症反应,芳樟醇被保护免受LPS / GalN诱导的肝损伤。
3.芳樟醇的生物合成和积累可能参与植物对细菌和真菌病原体的防御,并与柑橘溃疡病的田间抗性有关。
4.芳樟醇显着增加Nrf-2调节的抗氧化酶的表达,并减少几种促炎细胞因子的肺组织水平,包括肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素(IL)-6。

1、醇存在于多种精油中。目前制取芳樟醇的主要方法有两种,一种是从芳樟油等植物精油中分离而得,得到的主要是左旋异构体;另一种方法是通过蒎烯来制备。
2、烟草:BU,56;BU,14;FC,BU,OR,18;FC,40。合成:从天然精油中单离;月桂烯与氯化氢反应,生成氯代月桂烯,经水解生成芳樟醇;异戊二烯与氯化氢生成氯代异戊烯,然后与丙酮作用生成甲基庚烯酮,与乙炔反应生成脱氢芳樟醇,最后经氢化制成芳樟醇。
