1.大豆中含量丰富，其他的如毒扁豆、可可脂、菜籽油等亦有。它通常不能被动物吸收利用。以豆油中不皂化物进行乙酰化、溴化，再以乙醚-醋酸混合溶剂分离提取难溶性的四溴化物以锌及醋酸进行脱溴、皂化制取。
