苯甲醇制备

1.苯甲醇天然存在于橙花、依兰、茉莉、栀子、金合欢、丁香花、风信子中，工业上以氯苄或苯甲醛为原料制备。
在12%的纯碱溶液中加入氯苄，加热至93℃搅拌反应5h，然后升温至101～103℃继续反应10h。反应结束后冷却至室温，加入食盐至饱和，静置分层，取上层液经常压蒸馏得粗品，再精制得成品。收率70%～72%。


在氢氧化钠存在下甲醛与苯甲醛，经歧化反应制备苯甲醇。

2.以氯化苄为原料，在碱的催化作用下加热水解而得。 3. 将氯化苄、碳酸钠和水以一定配比混合，快速搅拌，使油层乳化，边搅拌边将温度升至90℃，当生成的二氧化碳气体不再逸出时，继续升温至101～103℃，使水解反应完全： 反应结束后冷却，静置分层。取油层用水洗涤数次，并入水层，然后常压蒸馏，先蒸出水、氯化苄等低沸物，作为初馏分，再收集203～206℃作为主馏分，即为成品。 4. 烟草：BU，56；OR，57；BU，13；FC，9， 18；BU，OR，18；FC，BU，OR，40。 5.制法： 于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器、温度计的反应瓶中，加入水250mL，碳酸钠56g，氯化苄(2)63.3g(0.5mol),剧烈搅拌以使氯化苄乳化。加入至微沸(约95℃)。反应中有二氧化碳生成。二氧化碳气泡停止逸出时说明反应结束，而后再搅拌反应0.5h。冷却，分出有机层，水洗，得粗品苄基醇。分馏，收集204～205℃的馏分，得苄基醇 ①(1)40g,收率74%。
