[体外研究]

纤维素酶对洋葱伯克霍尔德菌具有显着的抗菌作用,但对其生长没有太大作用[1]。在活性污泥的情况下,纤维素酶和蛋白酶导致CST增加,但纤维素酶的作用在相同的协同作用下低于蛋白酶的作用。纤维素酶降低了活性污泥的粒径。离心后,纤维素酶对固体浓度的污泥脱水没有显着影响[2]。

纤维素酶制备

一般用黑曲霉或李氏木霉进行培养，再将发酵液用盐析法使之沉淀并精制而成。由此所制得的商品中除纤维素酶外，尚含有纤维素酶、果胶酶、蛋白酶、脂酶、木聚糖酶、纤维二糖酶和淀粉葡糖苷酶。以绿色木酶菌种为原料，发酵后硫酸铵分级沉淀、精制得产品。
