2.首先使甲醇与三氯乙醛混合生成半缩醛(并含少量缩醛)。然后在较低温度下,三氯化磷与甲醇反应生成亚磷酸二甲酯(游离甲醇或半缩醛及缩醛中的甲醇都极易与三氯化磷反应),及时排除HCl和CH3Cl。最后,在较高的温度下,三氯乙醛与亚磷酸二甲酯发生缩合反应,生成敌百虫。在连续操作中控制甲醇和三氯乙醛略大于理论量,质量比为三氯化磷∶甲醇∶三氯乙醛=1∶(0.73~0.78)∶(1.12~1.18);酯化温度为40~50℃,停留时间10min;脱酸液的液相温度80℃,缩合温度90~95℃,停留时间40~50min;脱回流液温度先95~105℃,后<120℃。敌百虫生产也可采用一步合成分段进行的办法。即一次投料,在低温下生成亚磷酸二甲酯,不经分离,在高温下直接生成敌百虫。酯化阶段三氯乙醛和甲醇混合,温度不超过50℃,冷却至5℃以下,加入三氯化磷,排出氯化氢和氯甲烷回收处理。缩合阶段酯化液经甩盘进一步脱出氯化氢后,进入反应罐,温度80~120℃,即生成敌百虫。
