体外研究 | Neamine(0.625-25μM;48小时;AsPC-1细胞)在0.625-25μM范围内以剂量依赖的方式抑制ANG介导的AsPC-1细胞增殖[1]。Neamine(100μM)也能有效地阻断ANG的核转位[1]。细胞增殖试验[1]细胞系:AsPC-1细胞浓度:0.625µM、1.25µM、2.5µM、5µM、10µM、25µM孵育时间:48小时结果:抑制血管生长素(ANG)诱导的AsPC-1细胞增殖。 |
体内研究 | Neamine(30-60mg/kg;皮下注射;每日;连续14天;雄性Balb/c裸鼠)对AsPC-1异种移植模型具有抗肿瘤作用。Neamine降低肿瘤移植瘤血管紧张素、Ki-67和CD31的表达水平[1]。动物模型:雄性Balb/c裸鼠(4周龄)注射AsPC-1细胞[1]剂量:30mg/kg,60mg/kg给药:皮下注射;每日一次;共14d结果:对AsPC-1异种移植模型有抗肿瘤作用。 |
