| 体外研究 | 氧氯芬(1-256μM;24小时)具有细胞毒性,A549、HeLa和SW480癌细胞系的IC50值在32至40μM之间[2]。氧氯芬(1-150μM;A549、HeLa和SW480癌细胞系)导致细胞膜损伤,导致细胞凋亡和乳酸脱氢酶泄漏,并增加细胞色素c蛋白的产生[2]。氧氯芬(32μM;A549和SW480细胞)诱导G1期的周期阻滞和亚G期的诱导[2]。氧氯芬(48小时;A549细胞)诱导抗凋亡Bcl-2蛋白的下调,促凋亡蛋白caspase-3的激活导致PARP的裂解[2]。细胞活力测定[2]细胞系:A549、HeLa和SW480癌细胞系浓度:1、2、4、8、16、32、64、128和256μM培养时间:24小时结果:以剂量依赖的方式抑制细胞增殖。 |
