In Vivo	TSR-033 (i.p.,10 mg/kg, twice weekly, 40 days) 在 A549 HuNOG-EXL NSCLC 小鼠肿瘤模型中，对肿瘤生长有中等程度的抑制作用，单独治疗终止时TGI 为 23%，而与 TSR-042 联合治疗有累积效应，能更大程度地阻碍肿瘤生长，终止时 TGI 为 45%[1]。
