Use of Rac1-IN-6A novel selective small molecule Rac1 inhibitor that blocks Rac1-PAK1 complex formation with IC50 of 88±48 nM; diminishes the EGF-induced Rac1 activation in CD18/HPAF cells with EC50 of 22.4±3.2 uM, has no inhibitory effect on either Cdc42 or RhoA in CD18/HPAF cells; inhibits the proliferation, reduces migration of pancreatic cancer cells. |
