丙烯基脲制备

1.由氯丙烯与硫氰化钠反应，先将硫氰化钠加热溶解，冷却后加入少量碘化钾，再加入氯丙烯及乙醇，回流16h，冷却分出油层用水洗3-4次得异硫氰酸烯丙酯，用无水氯化钙干燥，蒸馏，收集沸点为140-155℃馏分而得“酯”。然后将其加入氨水中在搅拌下加热至80℃左右，发生猛烈反应，冷却析出结晶，过滤，干燥而得粗品，再经乙醇重结晶而得成品。
