L-酪氨酰-L-苯丙氨酸用途

H-Tyr-Phe-OH(L-酪酰-L-苯丙氨酸)是一种口服活性血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)抑制剂,在50μM时抑制率为48%。H-Tyr-Phe-OH可用作区分良性甲状腺结节(BTN)和甲状腺癌(TC)的生物标志物。H-Tyr-Phe-OH表现出黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制(尿酸降低)活性,并作为中性粒细胞样细胞产生IL-8的调节因子[1][2][3][4]。
