[体外研究]

(Z)-Hexadec-9-enoic acid是人乳中的一种脂肪酸[1]。在给予各种脂肪酸的SHRSP中,含有1％(Z)-Hexadec-9-烯酸(棕榈油酸(POA))的饮食显着提高了存活率,并且尽管其摄入过量的NaCl,但中风的发生率也相应降低。通过1％NaCl水饮用[2]。
