[体外研究]

DL-同型半胱氨酸(0.1-0.5mM)显着增强大鼠皮质切片中犬尿喹啉酸(KYNA)的产生,并且减少3.0,5.0和10.0mM的产生,估计的IC50为6.4(5.5-7.5)mM。 DL-同型半胱氨酸剂量依赖性地抑制浓度≥0.2mM的犬尿氨酸氨基转移酶I(KATI)活性,IC50为0.566(0.442-0.724)mM,KAT II活性IC50值为8.046(5.804-11.154)mM [ 1]。

[体内研究]

DL-同型半胱氨酸(1.3 mmol/kg,ip)使皮质中的KYNA含量(pmol/g组织)从8.47±1.57增加到13.04±2.86和11.4±1.72,并且在大鼠海马中从4.11±1.54增加到10.02±3.08 [1] 。
