维生素D2上下游产品

维生素D2制备

1.将麦角甾醇溶于乙醇中,在紫外光照射下开环,将反应液减压浓缩,冷冻,过滤。滤液氮,减压浓缩至干,得维生素D2粗油,经精制得成品。

2.维生素D2自然存在于肝、奶和蛋黄中,工业上常从植物油或酵母中提取人体不能吸收的麦角钙醇,溶于氯仿或环己烷,用紫外线照射转化成维生素D2。

3.由啤酒酵母、香菇等分离的麦角甾醇,溶于氯仿、乙醚或环己烷等溶剂中,加入石英玻璃制作的烧瓶中,经紫外线照射而得。
