盐酸金刚烷胺上下游产品

盐酸金刚烷胺制备

由金刚烷胺成盐,精制而得。在搪玻璃中加入金刚烷胺;蒸馏水及活性炭。加盐酸调节至pH至3-5,加热至70℃溶解脱色半小时,冷却至室温,过滤。滤液抽入减压浓缩罐,在(14.7kPa)浓缩至呈粥状,自然冷却,过滤。加丙酮浸泡翻洗至pH5左右,滤干,在70℃干燥,得金刚烷胺盐酸盐。
