【方法一】
以白羽扇豆为原料，经发芽、成浆、加热处理，在pH小于6的条件下，经硅藻土过滤、离心得粗品，再经浓缩、结晶得成品。
【方法二】
由L-天冬酰胺含量高的羽扇豆和大豆的豆芽的水提取物分离而得。
由L-天冬氨酸与氢氧化铵进行酰胺化而得。
