6-氯嘌呤与S-(6-苯基)谷胱甘肽和S-(6-甲基)谷胱甘肽进一步代谢为6-巯基苯可能参与了6-氯嘌呤诱导的抗肿瘤活性的机制[1]。当同时给药时,6-氯嘌呤和重氮丝氨酸已被证明在各种小鼠肿瘤中具有协同抗肿瘤特性[1]。
