吡丙醚制备

对羟基二苯醚的制备以4-溴二苯醚为原料，加入氢氧化钾、铜粉和水，于245～250℃加压反应16h，再经酸化、过滤、干燥、减压蒸馏制得对羟基二苯醚，收率81%。
对羟基二苯醚也可采用下列方法制得。

1-甲基-2-（4-苯氧基苯氧基）乙醇的制备以对羟基二苯醚为原料，加入1-氯丙基-2-醇、无水碳酸钾、DMF及相转移催化剂，于75℃左右反应24h制得。

蚊蝇醚的合成以DMF为溶剂，在氢化钠存在下，于室温使1-甲基-2-（4-苯氧基苯氧基）乙醇与2-氯吡啶作用，反应24h得蚊蝇醚。
