[体外研究]

结果表明,磺草酮可作为时间依赖性可逆抑制剂。先前描述了天然β-三酮类和合成β-三酮NTBC的类似结果。然而,这是第一次使用纯化的羟基苯基丙酮酸双加氧酶(HPPD)和合成的β-三酮,即磺草酮来观察这种行为。用3羟基苯丙酮酸(HPP)和磺草酮浓度进行的抑制动力学分析表明,表观KM随磺草酮浓度增加。这种行为与文献中的数据一致,描述了磺草酮作为HPPD的竞争性抑制剂[1]。

[激酶实验]

磺草酮在0.2mg / L时的电化学行为通过循环伏安法表征。通过在不同浓度的磺草酮存在下在2至10分钟的时间段内孵育酶来进行初步HPPD抑制测定[1]。
