稳定性

1. 对白色或浅黄色结晶体,遇光颜色变黄,并逐渐变深。无臭,无味,低毒,可燃。

2. 常温下在下列溶剂中的溶解度:甲醇25%,乙醇25%~26%,异丙醇30%,矿物油30%,丙酮40%,石油醚50%,苯40%,猪油(40~50℃)40%~50%,玉米油及大豆油40%~50%。在水,10%氢氧化钠溶液,甘油,丙二醇中不溶。

3. 对热相当稳定,具有单酚型特征的升华性。BHT具有抗氧化作用的原理与BHA相同,一般多与BHA并用,并以柠檬酸或其他有机酸为增效剂。

2. 在98%的对甲酚和2%浓硫酸的混合物中通人异丁烯,于65~70℃下反应5h;用60℃的热水洗去酸,再先后用10%NaOH和热水洗至中性得粗品。将粗品溶于50%的热乙醇中,并添加0.5%的硫脲,趁热过滤、甩干,干燥即得成品,产率高达90%~95%,纯度99.5%,熔点>69.5℃。
工业上采用主、副塔串联工艺。先将对甲酚和催化剂加入主、副塔内,主塔温度控制在65~80℃,副塔温度控制在50~70℃。异丁烯气体从主塔底部通入,其大部分与主塔内对甲酚反应,剩余部分从主塔顶部出来,进入副塔底部进一步与对甲酚反应。主塔反应周期控制在4~5h,当反应结束后,停止通异丁烯气体,加入20%的NaOH溶液,并用压缩气体鼓泡。中和后的烷基化产物经蒸馏塔(8块理论塔板)分离得粗品。后者用95%的乙醇溶解,离子交换去无机盐,冷却至10~20℃结晶、分离、真空干燥得到熔点大于69℃的产品。反应方程式如下:

3. 将对甲酚、叔丁醇加热溶解,以磷酸为催化剂,在一定温度下反应,反应产物先用氢氧化钠溶液洗至碱性,再用水洗至中性,最后蒸馏、重结晶即可得到二丁基羟基甲苯。或者将异丁烯与甲酚和浓硫酸混合,在一定温度下反应一定时间,中和得粗品,再将粗品溶于乙醇,加入硫脲,趁热过滤、甩干、干燥制得。

4. 在反应釜中加入对甲酚和催化剂硫酸,加热升温至65℃时通入异丁烯,进行烷基化反应,烷基化后得到防老剂264溶液。反应方程式128-37-0 preparation

得到的防老剂264溶液用60℃的热水洗涤,除去酸性,再加碳酸钠中和,最后用70~80℃水洗涤至中性后送入结晶槽,冷却至10~15℃时结晶析出,离心甩干后得粗品。将粗品溶于80~90℃的50%乙醇及0.5%的硫脲,趁热过滤,离心甩干、干燥,即得成品。

在具体生产过程中,甲苯酚可以采用生产对甲酚得到的副产物(混酚)原料,催化剂一般用硫酸,也可采用杂多酸。异丁烯的制备可采用异丁醇经汽化后,连续定量地通过催化剂活性氧化铝,在370~390℃下进行脱水反应,生成的异丁烯气体经冷却、分水、干燥,即可供烷基化使用。每吨产品消耗对甲苯酚950kg,异丁醇1200kg,酒精(95%)500kg。
