[体外研究]

[6] -gingerol抑制结肠癌细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡,而正常结肠细胞不受影响。 [6] -gingerol下调佛波醇肉豆蔻酸乙酸酯诱导的ERK1/2和JNK MAP激酶的磷酸化和AP-1转录因子的激活,但对p38 MAP激酶的磷酸化和NF-κB活化的作用很小[1] ]。 [6] -甘露醇治疗显示恢复受损的肠屏障功能和抑制DSS处理的Caco-2单层中的促炎反应。 AMPK在[6] -葛根醇治疗[2]时被激活。用[6] -甘露醇处理导致骨肉瘤细胞的生存力以剂量依赖性方式显着降低。同时,在亚G1细胞周期阶段停滞的细胞数量显着增加。 [6] -gingerol诱导caspase级联激活并调节Bcl2和Bax的细胞水平[3]。

[体内研究]

[细胞实验]

在乙醇中制备[6] - 甘露醇原液（20mg / mL），通过在二甲基亚砜（DMSO）中稀释该原料来制备工作浓度。对于MTT测定，将5×103细胞/孔的人结肠癌细胞和104细胞/孔的小鼠IEC接种在96孔板中。在进行MTT测定之前，用[6] - 甘露醇处理细胞48小时，72小时或96小时，并在膜联蛋白-V染色前处理细胞16小时[1]。

[动物实验]

小鼠：每天给予患有DSS诱导的结肠炎的小鼠不同口服剂量的[6] - 甾醇，持续14天。评估体重和结肠炎症，并测量结肠组织中促炎细胞因子的水平[2]。
