2-Phospho-L-ascorbic acid trisodium salt 是一种抗氧化剂,能够促进肝细胞生长因子 (HGF) 的产生。

[体外研究]

2-磷酸-L-抗坏血酸(Asc 2-P)充当抗氧化剂和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)产生的刺激物。 2-磷酸-L-抗坏血酸是L-抗坏血酸(AA)的稳定衍生物,具有与AA相似的生物学特性。 AA和Asc-2P调节了许多生物过程[1]。当将2-磷酸-L-抗坏血酸与DHT一起加入时,DPC中DHT诱导的DKK-1 mRNA表达显着减弱。还发现DHT处理增加了DKK-1启动子活性。当2-磷酸-L-抗坏血酸与DHT一起加入时,DHT诱导的荧光素酶活性的激活被显着抑制[2]。
