[体外研究]

各种d-氨基酸,如D-丝氨酸,D-天冬氨酸(D-Asp)和D-谷氨酸(D-Glu)广泛存在于包括人类在内的哺乳动物中,现在它们被认为是候选者。新型生理活性物质和/或生物标志物[1]。 D- [Asp/Glu](4mg/mL)抑制IgE与花生的结合(75％),而D-Glu,D-Asp没有抑制作用。 IgE对D- [Asp/Glu]具有特异性,可能具有去除IgE或降低IgE与花生过敏原结合的潜力[2]。

[体内研究]

目前,D-谷氨酸作为神经元传递和激素分泌的调节剂受到关注。它仅在哺乳动物中被D-天冬氨酸氧化酶代谢[1]。腹膜内注射后,L-谷氨酸通过α-酮戊二酸分解代谢,而D-谷氨酸转化为正吡咯烷酮羧酸。 D-和L-谷氨酸的碳2在盲肠中转化为乙酸甲基碳。大鼠肝脏和肾脏都催化D-谷氨酸转化为n-吡咯烷酮羧酸[3]。

[动物实验]

大鼠：给雄性白化病大鼠注射L-或D-谷氨酸-2-C14，DL-谷氨酸-5-C14或D-谷氨酸-5-C14。当动物处于乙醚麻醉下时，进行胃管注射或盲肠注射。杀死大鼠后，分离“尸体”和肝脏谷氨酸，降解并测定放射性。 “胴体”是指除肝脏外的整个动物，包括消化的胃肠道[3]。
